How to add reviews & testimonials to a Duda website

This article will explain how you can use Testimonial Donut to add the testimonials and reviews received from clients and customers to your website via Duda.


To add a widget to your Duda website, first, create one in Testimonial Donut. You can follow our guide on crafting brand-cohesive testimonial widgets here.

Summary

  1. Visit Testimonial Donut's Widgets page, select widget, and get HTML code using 'Copy embed code.'

  2. Click on the Widgets button (‘+’ icon) on the ‘Duda’ website builder and look for ‘HTML.’

  3. Drag the ‘HTML’ widget to your preferred spot on your website design.

  4. Paste the copied code from Testimonial Donut into the ‘HTML Content’ tab and click on ‘Update.’

  5. Click on the ‘Publish’ button on the top-right corner of your Duda page. 

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Go to the Widgets page on Testimonial Donut, and from the list of all the Widgets, select the one you want to add to Duda by clicking on ‘View/Edit.’ 

  2. After opening the Widget, the following window will open.

3. Here, select 'Add widget to website' to find the HTML 'Widget embed code.' Click 'Copy embed code' to add the widget's HTML code to your clipboard.

  4. Open the Duda website builder and click on the ‘+’ icon (Widgets button) on the menu on the left side of your website.

  5. Scroll down and look for the ‘HTML’ widget. Alternatively, you can also search for it in the search bar in the Widgets menu. 

Select this HTML widget and drag it on your website design on the spot where you want to see the testimonial widget. 

6. The following ‘HTML Content’ window will open.

7. Copy the code from here (Widgets page on Testimonial Donut)

  8. Paste the code that you copied from the Testimonial Donut in the ‘HTML Content’ and click on ‘Update.’

The testimonial widget preview will appear.

  9. To publish these changes, click on the ‘Publish’ button on the top-right corner of your Duda website page

The changes will be reflected, and the Testimonial widget will appear on your website/

Preview & Edit

If you want to edit the widget and make any design changes, go back to Testimonial Donut, open the ‘Widgets’ page, select the Widget that you just added, and customize it as per your preferences.


Once you have customized it and made any changes, simply click on ‘Save Widget’ to save those changes, and the changes should reflect on your website.
