How to add reviews & testimonials to a Elementor website

This article will explain how you can use Testimonial Donut to add the testimonials and reviews received from clients and customers to your website via Elementor.

1. Visit Testimonial Donut's Widgets page, select widget, and get HTML code using 'Copy embed code.'

2. Go to Elementor editor and navigate to Add Elements (‘+’ icon) > Elements > Widgets.

3. Scroll down to ‘General,’ find ‘HTML’ and click on it.

4. Place the ‘HTML' widget at the desired spot by dragging-dropping the widget in Elementor Designer.

5. Paste the copied code into the 'HTML' editor and a preview will appear.

6. Click ‘Publish' on the top-right corner.

  3. Here, select 'Add widget to website' to find the HTML 'Widget embed code.' Click 'Copy embed code' to add the widget's HTML code to your clipboard.

  4. Now, you have to open the Elementor editor.

Navigate to Add Elements (‘+’ icon) > Elements, and in the ‘Widgets’ menu, scroll down to ‘General.’

  5. Under the ‘General’ menu, scroll down to the ‘HTML’ widget and click on it.

  6. Alternatively, you can also search for the ‘HTML’ widget by typing ‘html’ in the search bar in the Widgets menu.

  7. After you click on the ‘HTML’ widget, the following window will open, and the HTML widget will appear in the design preview on the right side of the page.

You can also drag the widget window to any spot on the webpage by simply dragging it from its top and dropping it to that spot.

  9. Paste the code that you copied from the Testimonial Donut’s Widget window in the ‘HTML’ Widget editor. After pasting the code, the preview of the widget will appear.

  10. You can also preview the design and see how the widget looks on your webpage by clicking on the ‘Preview’ button (eye icon) at the top-right corner of Elementor.

  11. Publish these changes on the website by clicking on the Publish’ button on the top-right corner of Elemetor, and the changes will be reflected on your website/page

The changes will be saved on your website, and the Testimonial widget will appear.

If you have followed the above steps, your widget would have appeared on your website.

If you want to edit the widget and make any design changes, go back to Testimonial Donut, open the ‘Widgets’ page, select the Widget that you just added, and customize it as per your preferences.

Once you have customized it and made any changes, simply click on ‘Save Widget’ to save those changes, and the changes should reflect on your website.
