How to add reviews & testimonials to a Bubble website

This article will explain how to use Testimonial Donut to add the testimonials and reviews received from clients and customers to your website via Bubble.

1. Visit Testimonial Donut's Widgets page, select widget, and get HTML code using 'Copy embed code.'

2. Open the ‘Design’ page in Bubble and navigate UI Builder > Visual Elements > HTML.

3. Drag ‘HTML’ to your website or application design.

4. Paste the copied code into 'HTML' and a widget will appear.

5. Preview it using the ‘Preview’ button on the top-right corner.

6. Click ‘Main' on the top-right corner and then click on click ‘Deploy to Live’ to save changes.

7. Write something as ‘Description’ and click on ‘Confirm.’

1. Go to the Widgets page on Testimonial Donut, and from the list of all the Widgets, select the one you want to add to Bubble by clicking on ‘View/Edit.’ 

  2. After opening the Widget, the following window will open.

  3. Here, select 'Add widget to website' to find the HTML 'Widget embed code.' Click 'Copy embed code' to add the widget's HTML code to your clipboard.

  4. Go to the ‘Design’ page on Bubble and go to the ‘UI Builder’ tab.

  6. The following window will open, and you will have to paste the HTML code from Testimonial Donut.

  7. Copy from here (Widgets page on Testimonial Donut)

  8. Paste the code that you copied from the Testimonial Donut and a widget preview will appear alongside.

You can edit the widget design under ‘Layout’ tab in HTML and adjust its appearance in the ‘Appearance’ tab.

  9. Click on ‘Preview’ on the top-right corner of bubble to see how our webpage or application page will look.

  10. To publish these changes, you will need to subscribe to Bubble. On the top right corner of bubble, click on ‘Main’ and then click ‘Deploy to Live’ to save the changes.

Write something as the ‘Description’ and click on ‘Confirm.’ 

The changes will be saved on your website, and the Testimonial widget will appear.

If you have followed the above steps, your widget would have appeared on your website.

If you want to edit the widget and make any design changes, go back to Testimonial Donut, open the ‘Widgets’ page, select the Widget that you just added, and customize it as per your preferences.

Once you have customized it and made any changes, simply click on ‘Save Widget’ to save those changes, and the changes should reflect on your website.
