How to add reviews & reviews to a WooCommerce website

This article will explain how to use Testimonial Donut to add the testimonials and reviews received from clients and customers to your website via WooCommerce.

1. Visit Testimonial Donut's Widgets page, select widget, and get HTML code using 'Copy embed code.'

2. Select the page on the ‘WooCommerce’ store where you want to add the testimonial widget and open its editor by clicking on the ‘pencil’ icon on that page.

3. Click on the ‘+’ button on the top-left corner of that page and go to Blocks > Widgets > Custom HTML.

4. Paste the copied code from Testimonial Donut into the HTML tab.

5. Click on the ‘Save’ button on the top-left corner of your WooCommerce page.

1. Go to the Widgets page on Testimonial Donut, and from the list of all the Widgets, select the one you want to add to WooCommerce by clicking on ‘View/Edit.’

  2. After opening the Widget, the following window will open.

  3. Here, select 'Add widget to website' to find the HTML 'Widget embed code.' Click 'Copy embed code' to add the widget's HTML code to your clipboard.

   4. Open your WooCommerce store and select the page where you want to insert the testimonial. Click on ‘Edit’ for that page, which is signified by the ‘pen’ icon.

  5. The page editor will open. Here, click on the ‘+’ button on the top-left corner of your page. 

  6. Under the ‘+’ button, open the ‘Blocks’ tab, scroll down, and go to Widgets > Custom HTML.

Alternatively, you can also search for it in the search bar in the ‘Blocks’ tab.

  7. The following ‘HTML’ tab will open.

  8. Copy the code from here (Widgets page on Testimonial Donut)

  9. Paste the code that you copied from the Testimonial Donut in the ‘HTML’ tab. 

Click on ‘Preview’ to preview the testimonial widget. 

  10. To publish these changes, click on the ‘Save’ button on the top-right corner of your WooCommerce store page.

The changes will be reflected, and the Testimonial widget will appear on your website.

If you want to edit the widget and make any design changes, go back to Testimonial Donut, open the ‘Widgets’ page, select the Widget that you just added, and customize it as per your preferences.

Once you have customized it and made any changes, simply click on ‘Save Widget’ to save those changes, and the changes should reflect on your website.
